@AskJohnAbout is a college guidance counselor, blogger and author of Going Geek: What Every Smart Kid (and Every Smart Parent) Should Know About College Admissions.
@CollegeBoard and @ACTStudent administer the biggest standardized tests applicants will take. It’s a good idea to follow them.
@CommonApp shares information about the Common Application (obviously) as well as tips about the process.
@CPofAmerica, is the College Parents of American whose mission is to assist parents on the successful preparation, transition, adjustment & completion of college. I know it sounds like helicopter parenting, but they do offer some good advice.
@CTCLColleges is the Twitter feed of the Colleges that Change Lives. Tweets about their colleges as well as tips on the process.
@GoToCollege is Allen Grove’s Twitter feed. Grove is the editor of About.com’s outstanding college admissions site.
@JohnSpear is Northwood School’s director of college guidance.
@NACAC is the National Association of College Admission Counselors, which is a great sources of news, research and advice.
@NYTimesCollege is journalist Jacques Steinberg of The Choice Blog; he offers regular updates on the college admissions process, including excellent monthly to-do lists for juniors and seniors.
